MEZE/STARTERS

Please choose 1 of the following starters to be served buffet style, or passed
  • Greek Yogurt Parfait Traditional Greek yogurt, topped with fresh fruit, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with granola.

  • Baklava Waffle A Traditional Belgian-style waffle made with walnuts, cinnamon, and honey.  Topped with whipped Greek yogurt cream and fresh berries.

  • Dolmades/Stuffed Grape Leaves Dill and herb-scented rice finished with lemon juice and olive oil, rolled in grape leaves.

  • Spanakopita/Spinach Pie Pastry Spinach and Feta cheese wrapped in phyllo dough.

  • Zucchini Chips Thinly-sliced zucchini, lightly fried for texture, served with Skordalia, our potato and garlic dip.

  • Zucchini Drops Shredded zucchini blended with Feta cheese, bell peppers, and fresh herbs and served atop a dollop of tzatziki, finished with a topping of roasted tomato sauce and crumbled feta cheese.

  • Opa! Fries Freshly sliced potatoes topped with creamy crumbled Greek Feta cheese, and a drizzle of garlic, lemon, and oregano olive oil.  Served with our famous Opa! dipping sauce.

  • Tzatziki- Traditional Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, and roasted garlic spread.

  • Fiery Feta Dip- Roasted red peppers, whipped with Feta cheese and plenty of spice!

  • Kalamata Olive Spread- Kalamata, green, and black olives mixed with Greek olive oil.

  • Skordalia- Potatoes whipped with olive oil, garlic, and a touch of vinegar, served cold.

  • Melitzanosalata- Fire-roasted eggplant married with garlic, shallots, and herbs.

  • Spicy Avocado Dip- Fresh avocados blended with our famous Greek yogurt, jalapenos, garlic, fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

  • Dip Sampler- If you prefer a sampler platter of three of our dips, as opposed to the one, an additional charge of $2.00 per guest will be added.  


BRUNCH SELECTIONS

Please select 5 of the following items to be listed as menu options for your guests to choose from, to be served individually.
  • Opa! Benedicts Two English-style muffins topped with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and poached eggs.  Please choose our Spartan Benedict, featuring filet mignon medallions, OR our Aphrodite Benedict, which includes chopped, grilled chicken.  Both doused with Hollandaise sauce and sprinkled with paprika and Feta cheese crumbles, served with Greek village potatoes.  (Your guest chooses the benedict of their choice upon arrival.  We offer both as one menu item.)

  • Greek Inspired Scrambles Served with a side of Greek village potatoes.  (Your guest chooses the scramble of their choice upon arrival.  We offer all three as one menu item.) 

    1. Odyssey Scramble fresh spinach, mushrooms, and onions
    2. Santorini Scramble sautéed shrimp, fresh spinach, feta cheese, onions, topped with marinara sauce and feta cheese crumbles
    3. Opa! Scramble ground beef, fresh spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and feta cheese.

     

  • Corinthian French Toast Freshly baked bread, soaked in cinnamon and scrambled eggs, grilled on the flat top.  Topped with whipped Greek yogurt cream and fresh berries.

  • Horiatiki/Traditional Greek Village Salad Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onions, tossed in a light dressing of Greek herbs, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, topped with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.

  • Spartan Spinach Salad- Fresh spinach leaves, crispy bacon, hardboiled egg, shallots, crumbled feta and walnut crumbles, dressed in a bacon infused balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Greek Chef Salad- Chopped romaine lettuce, topped with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion, chopped grilled chicken, sliced avocado, hardboiled egg, bacon and feta cheese crumbles. Served with our Greek ranch dressing or Thousand Island dressing.

  • Opa! Sauté- A healthy mix of sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, and garlic with your choice of any single Souvlaki skewer, including Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb, Seafood, or Vegetable.

  • Opa! Lettuce Wraps- A medley of grilled chicken & mixed vegetables, diced jalapeno peppers, and pineapple tossed in our Opa! olive oil & lemon dressing,  served with butter lettuce cups and tzatziki sauce.

  • Souvlaki Entrees feature 2 skewers of any chosen protein finished with lemon, oregano, and garlic Greek olive oil, served with a side dish of Opa! fries, wild rice pilaf, or traditional Greek salad.

    1. Chicken Souvlaki- Tender chunks of grilled, white-meat chicken breast. 
    2. Vegetable Souvlaki- Grilled vegetables, including zucchini, onions, bell peppers, and mushroom.

  • Horiatiki/Traditional Greek Village Salad- Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onions, tossed in a light dressing of Greek herbs, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, topped with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.  

  • Greek Caesar Salad- Hearts of romaine lettuce, lightly coated with Greek olive oil mixed with Feta cheese, then topped with our Kalamata spread and sprinkled with pita chip croutons.

  • Greek Beet Salad- Slow roasted red and yellow beet salad served with baby greens, sprinkled with walnut crumbles, Feta cheese, fresh oregano and Greek olive oil. Served with our potato and garlic spread.

  • Greek Green Salad- Romaine lettuce and spinach chopped with dill and tossed with red onions, Greek olive oil, and red wine vinegar.  Topped with diced tomatoes and Feta cheese.

 

KIRIA PIATA/MAIN DISHES

Please choose 5 of the following items for your guests’ entrees.
  • Moussaka- Traditional Greek casserole made of layered eggplant, potato, herb-spiced ground beef and lamb.  It is seasoned with shallot, garlic, and fresh thyme, and finished with a béchamel sauce.

  • Pasticio- A hearty casserole made of layers of pasta and ground beef, seasoned with cloves and nutmeg and topped with a delicious béchamel sauce.

  • Opa! Sauté- A healthy mix of sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, and garlic with your choice of any single Souvlaki skewer, including Chicken, Pork, Seafood, Beef, Lamb, or Vegetable.

  • Angelo’s Greek Meatloaf- A blend of ground beef, onions, garlic, secret spices, fresh breadcrumbs and herbs, served atop a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, with sautéed green beans.

  • Fiery Feta Flank Steak- 7 ounce grilled flat iron steak, seared to perfection, topped with our famous fiery feta dip, and served on a sizzling skillet with your choice of Opa! fries, wild rice pilaf, or horta/sautéed Swiss chard.

  • Souvlaki Entrees feature 2 skewers of any chosen protein, served with a side dish of Opa! fries, or wild rice pilaf, finished with lemon, oregano, and garlic Greek olive oil.

    Chicken Souvlaki- Tender pieces of grilled, white-meat chicken breast.
