GREEK BRUNCH PACKAGE

 

MEZE/STARTERS

Please choose 1 of the following appetizers OR spreads to be served family style.  For additional choices, please add $2.00/guest, for each.
  • Dolmades/Stuffed Grape Leaves- Dill and herb-scented rice finished with lemon juice and olive oil, rolled in grape leaves.

  • Spanakopita/Spinach Pie Pastry- Spinach and Feta cheese wrapped in phyllo dough.

  • Zucchini Chips- Thinly-sliced zucchini, lightly fried for texture, served with Skordalia, our potato and garlic dip.

  • Zucchini Drops- Shredded zucchini blended with Feta cheese, bell peppers, and fresh herbs and served atop a dollop of tzatziki, finished with a topping of roasted tomato sauce and crumbled feta cheese.

  • Opa! Fries- Freshly sliced potatoes topped with creamy crumbled Greek Feta cheese, and a drizzle of garlic, lemon, and oregano olive oil.  Served with our famous Opa! dipping sauce.


DIPS/SPREADS

Served with warm pita bread.
  • Tzatziki Traditional Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, and roasted garlic spread.

  • Fiery Feta Dip Roasted red peppers, whipped with Feta cheese and plenty of spice!

  • Kalamata Olive Spread Kalamata, green, and black olives mixed with Greek olive oil.

  • Skordalia Potatoes whipped with olive oil, garlic, and a touch of vinegar, served cold.

  • Melitzanosalata Fire-roasted eggplant married with garlic, shallot, and herbs.

  • Spicy Avocado Dip Fresh avocados blended with our famous Greek yogurt, jalapenos, garlic, fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

  • Dip Sampler If you prefer a sampler platter of three of our dips, an additional charge of $2.00 per guest will be added.

 

BRUNCH SELECTIONS

Please select 5 of the following items to be listed as menu options for your guests to choose from, to be served individually.
  • Opa! Benedicts Two English-style muffins topped with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and poached eggs.  Please choose our Spartan Benedict, featuring filet mignon medallions, OR our Aphrodite Benedict, which includes chopped, grilled chicken.  Both doused with Hollandaise sauce and sprinkled with paprika and Feta cheese crumbles, served with Greek village potatoes.  (Your guest chooses the benedict of their choice upon arrival.  We offer both as one menu item.)

  • Greek Inspired Scrambles Served with a side of Greek village potatoes.  (Your guest chooses the scramble of their choice upon arrival.  We offer all three as one menu item.) 

    1. Odyssey Scramble fresh spinach, mushrooms, and onions
    2. Santorini Scramble sautéed shrimp, fresh spinach, feta cheese, onions, topped with marinara sauce and feta cheese crumbles
    3. Opa! Scramble ground beef, fresh spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and feta cheese.

     

  • Greek Yogurt Parfait- Traditional Greek yogurt, topped with fresh fruit, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with granola.

  • Breakfast Pita- Fresh pita bread filled with a scramble of eggs, Greek sausage, black olives, and onions.  Garnished with tzatziki sauce, and fresh tomatoes.  Served with Greek village potatoes.

  • Corinthian French Toast- Freshly baked bread, soaked in cinnamon and scrambled eggs, grilled on the flat top.  Topped with whipped Greek yogurt cream and fresh berries. 

  • Opa! Gyro Hash and Eggs- Greek village potatoes mixed with caramelized onions, bell peppers, and traditional seasoned gyro meat.  Topped with two poached eggs and a rich béchamel sauce.

  • Horiatiki/Traditional Greek Village Salad- Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onions, tossed in a light dressing of Greek herbs, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, topped with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.

  • Greek Beet Salad- Slow roasted red and yellow beet salad served with baby spinach, sprinkled with walnut crumbles, feta cheese, fresh oregano and Greek olive oil. Served with our potato and garlic spread.

  • Greek Burger OR Fiery Feta Burger- A ½ lb. patty of equal amounts of seasoned ground lamb and ground beef.  Please choose our Greek Burger, topped with tzatziki, tomatoes, onions, and mint, or our Fiery Feta Burger, topped with spicy whipped Feta cheese, chopped pepperoncini and sliced tomatoes.  Both served with Opa! fries, wild rice pilaf, or traditional Greek salad. (Your guest chooses the burger of their choice upon arrival.  We offer both as one menu item.)

  • Pita Sandwiches are varying proteins or vegetables, folded into pita bread, topped with tzatziki, and garnished with tomatoes, red onions, and diced mint.  

    Pita sandwiches are served with a choice of Opa! fries, wild rice pilaf, or traditional Greek village salad.

    1. Gyro Pita- Traditional marinated gyro meat is lamb accented with beef and Greek herbs that is shaved from a rotating spit. 
    2. Greek Cheesesteak Sandwich- Traditional gyro meat served with sautéed onions and bell peppers, finished with melted mozzarella cheese and dressed with a spicy pepper aioli. 
    3. Chicken Pita- Grilled, white-meat chicken breast, marinated in Greek herbs. 
      Vegetable Pita- Fresh zucchini, onion, bell pepper, and mushroom, grilled to perfection.

A sampling of our favorite desserts will be served family style as the final course.
  • You may choose to bring your own dessert for an additional charge of $1.00 per guest.

  • If you choose to have Opa! provide our Dessert Sampler, $3.00 per guest will be added.

Dessert Samplers includes Baklava with ice cream, and Greek yogurt with honey, nuts, and fresh berries.
